What comes inside the box? 
There are two different subscription boxes available---our VIP Box with larger full size items including clothing, large accessories, jewelry and beauty and lifestyle items. This box has a total value of $300 or more, and is priced at $89.99 with FREE shipping. 
Our monthly mini boxes will be shipping every month and are a smaller version of the VIP box. This box will be premiering at the end of the summer 2018. 
How often is the box shipped? 

Our VIP box ships seasonally---around mid July, October, January and March. You can ALWAYS order a VIP box---if you are ordering between seasons, or if a box has sold out, you will first receive the initial Rebel Welcome Box--with our all time favorites. You will automatically then receive the seasonally boxes. 


When am I charged? 

You are automatically charged for VIP boxes around the 15th of previous month. October 15th boxes will charge September 15h. Mini boxes will have separate charge dates---more details to come. 

How do you know my size?

Sizes are based on your measurements submitted in the style and size quiz. The quiz will ask additional questions, but this is not a guarantee that we will follow this shopping guide for what is inside the box. Please keep in mind---if we choose clothing items from many different clothing brands. Many times, some brands run small, larger and at times extra large. Your items may not reflect the size you generally wear---but it will always be coordinated to your body measurements. 

What if I don't like what is inside the box, can I return it?

We hope you love our box---but sometimes it is difficult to make everyone happy. VIP Box sales are final and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items, add-ons, additional box purchases, or shop/warehouse sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

We currently ONLY exchange clothing items due to size not fitting. 

Razor Doll will accept the return or exchange of any sized apparel item(s) within 7 days of the order receipt date. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchanges will only be accepted for another size in the original item ordered and are dependent upon available inventory. If inventory is not available, you will receive another item---which may be a different style and price point. 

All returns and exchanges will be charged a fee of $7 to cover the cost of processing. Upon arrival back to the Razor Doll  warehouse, a refund will be posted back to your original form of payment (less $7 fee) within 2 weeks. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped out within 2-weeks, if the item is in-stock. If the item is not in stock---a replacement item will be shipped within 3 weeks. 


Help, my clothing items don't fit--what can I do? 

Send us an email with the clothing item received and describe what type of size adjustment is needed. We may not replace with the same item, due to availability--but we will be happy to exchange. We will offer a one time FREE exchange as we adjust your sizing. 


How do I cancel my box? 

We hate to see you go, please send us a quick email and we will remove your subscription.
